Stop Smoking

My approach to help you quit smoking is maybe a little different to how you may have tried previously.

The trouble with traditional approaches is that you end up with a person who is still a smoker but is stopping themselves from smoking.

Look, you didn’t come into the world as a smoker, so I’m going to use hypnotherapy to reset your subconscious mind.

Dee McCahill

Fitness Professional, Clinical Hypnotherapist, NLP & EFT Master Practitioner

When you change your automatic thoughts about cigarettes – which will happen during our session together – not only will it be easy for you to stop smoking, but you will also…

Never be jealous of other smokers – you will pity them!

Get rid of the need and cravings to smoke

Feel completely indifferent to cigarettes without holding back

Continue to socialise without the need to hold a cigarette

“The session was amazing!

Exploring why I smoked initially and every aspect of my addiction was dissected and Dee got to work resetting my subconscious mind. It was such a relief to finally let go of beliefs I had stored for years about how cigarettes helped me and to be free from the addiction.

The results were instant!

After the session I felt like a new version of myself. A version who didn’t have to resist cigarettes or fight cravings. The first days of despondency just didn’t happen this time as with previous attempts, nor did I feel the grief at being without my cigarettes AND I haven’t had ANY cravings either. The desire to smoke has gone completely.

Becoming a non smoker with Dee’s hypnotherapy session has made this so easy I wish I’d had this years ago and definitely recommend anyone wanting to kick the habit to try this. It works!!!

Thank you Dee McCahill x “

Ruth’s Story

How many cigarettes a day did you smoke?
“20 to 30”

How long had you been a smoker?
“30 years”

Had you tried to stop smoking previously? If so, how?
“20 years ago, with a prescription drug. 3½ years ago with patches and nicotine spray.”

What led you to begin smoking again?
“First time, I didn’t like the side effects from the drug.
Second time, had a death in the family and I couldn’t cope so I reached for a ciggy.”

Audrey’s Story

How many cigarettes a day did you smoke?

How long had you been a smoker?
“31 years”

Had you tried to stop smoking previously? If so, how?
“Tried to stop quite a few times using tablets, cold turkey, nicotine patches, nicotine gum. Last time was 2007. Using Nicotine Patches”

What led you to begin smoking again?
“I put on 2½ stone and I was fed up denying myself my guilty pleasure

Why did you decide to become a non-smoker with Hypnotherapy?
“I had heard great reports from a few mdf members on how Hypno with Dee had helped them become non smokers
I was a bit skeptical to be honest but as all my previous attempts to become a non smoker were fails I thought its time to try a new approach.”

Caroline’s Story

How many cigarettes a day did you smoke?

How long had you been a smoker?
“25 years on and off”

Had you tried to stop smoking previously? If so, how?
“Yes I tried the nicotine replacement and the champax tablets. Champax about 5 years ago nicotine replacement before that.”

What led you to begin smoking again?
“Just being around friends that smoke and when having a drink.

Why did you decide to become a non-smoker with Hypnotherapy?
“I had tried other things and I didn’t want to do nicotine replacement again as they still contain nicotine and I wanted to be free of it.”

“Found the hypnotherapy amazing, went in with an open mind and came out a non-smoker. I am a far more relaxed person in every way, strange I know for someone that has just kicked a 20+ a day habit, my whole mindset has changed. More positive, less smelly (lol no ciggy smell), strange going into a shop and getting change back from a £10.

Another important thing is, I am not replacing the cigarettes with food or any other toxins, just positive mental thought.

If you seriously want to give up smoking, I can highly recommend the hypnotherapy route with Dee, from a smoker of 20 + a day to becoming a non-smoker and trust me over the years i have tried the lot. It will change your life for the better.”

I had a full day with sleep and a bit more energy. 3 mornings now I've woke before alarm and as for the cigs... Well what even are Embassy Regals?? Cannot believe how much the hypno has helped.

Become a True Non-Smoker

Not just a smoker who is courageously resisting cigarettes

Everyone knows someone who has quit smoking but still says they’d like one with a drink, or after a meal don’t they? And what a terrible place that is to be. Having to deny yourself something you want all the time.

That’s why I use an approach that helps you become a true non-smoker, not just someone who is resisting smoking.

The ‘stopped smoker’ courageously resists having a cigarette, while the non-smoker couldn’t think of anything worse than smoking. That’s if they give it a thought at all.

My Approach

My approach to smoking cessation hypnotherapy changes the unconscious mind of a smoker to that of an effortless non-smoker.

The techniques I use address every single psychological trick that smoking addiction plays on you, to free you from its grip. Smoking cessation hypnotherapy with me will powerfully move your mind from its current addicted state to complete freedom from cigarettes.

No longer will you be controlled by the need to smoke: No more planning your day so you can smoke, no more running outside at work or at parties, no more worrying whether you have enough cigarettes left. No more stressing about what smoking is doing to your health.

There are no side effects. There are no adverse effects when you use hypnotherapy to help you to quit smoking, there are only positive changes. You won’t feel irritated or be short tempered with friends or family and unlike other methods, you won’t gain weight or exchange one bad habit for another.

Hypnotherapy is a safe and relaxing approach to stopping smoking which has worked so successfully for so many over the years and now it can work for you!

When you book a single stop smoking hypnosis session with me you are choosing the easiest and most effective way to quit smoking.

You probably tried hard to quit smoking by forcing yourself to change your behaviour, but not only did it not last long, it made you feel like a failure. You felt guilty every time you wanted to smoke… you were mad at yourself that nothing was changing even though you put so much energy into this.

Your Stop Smoking Session

At the end of our session together, you will be in control.

Hypnotherapy actually makes the process of becoming a non-smoker so simple and straightforward, that something you once thought would be so difficult to achieve actually becomes so ridiculously EASY!

I charge £150 for a stop smoking session, which I believe is a small investment to help you achieve a life-changing moment. I could match the higher fees that other hypnotherapists are charging but, as a health coach, I believe that the benefits of being a non-smoker should be available to all.

The average cost of a pack of cigarettes in the UK is £10.40.

If you smoke a pack a day, stopping even for just 6 months puts £1892.80 in your pocket.

What would YOU do with an extra £1892.80?

And, of course, I don’t need to tell you that your health is priceless.

Save £1892 when you stop smoking for 6 months with Hypnotherapy

“I really didn’t know what to expect going into it. Dee put me at ease straight away explained what was going to happen during the session. I am still surprised how well it has worked I had one slip but since then nothing I just don’t have the urge to light up any more.

I can’t recommend hypnotherapy enough for someone who wants to quit..”

What happens during a “Stop Smoking” Hypnosis Session?

One of the most common things that people will want to know when they enquire about using hypnosis in order to stop smoking is; What happens during the “stop smoking” hypnosis session?

Well, our “Stop Smoking” session is split into two.

The first part of the session involves finding out about your smoking habit and your reasons for stopping smoking. This is important because it allows me during the hypnosis part of the session to give you suggestions that are in tune with you becoming a non-smoker. Basically I want to get across to your unconscious mind during the hypnosis part of the session that you are not giving something up but actually bringing into your life so many wonderful benefits.

Once I have this information, I then explain what hypnosis is and what it feels like for most people.

Will I put on weight?

This is a common concern so I build suggestions in to deal with this.

What if I can’t be hypnotised?

The beauty of treating smokers is that smokers do already know how to be hypnotised, because that’s why they’re smoking. Originally you were hypnotised by the cigarettes and what we need to do is keep you out of hypnosis – as far as cigarettes are concerned!
